Responsibilities

As a Account Lead, you will be responsible to be the company's representative in external parties, also become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has interest and desire to continuously understand industry developments.

Job Descriptions
  • Implement the marketing strategy into the marketing department's tactical program.
  • Develop communication strategies that best suit the client's characteristics without changing the values of MANUSA to increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Be the company's representative in external parties by fully maintaining the company's image.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in client communication and support, answering questions and providing necessary information.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations regarding budgets given to clients.
  • Coordinate with operations, information, and finance departments regarding products/services that can be provided to clients according to the analysis results of each department.
  • Become a communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal team in conveying client needs and internal team capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, brand management, or related position.
  • Good in spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining good relationships with customers/clients.
  • Responsive, agile, good understanding and have ability to make effective presentations.
  • Has the same values as the company and is able to fully maintain the company's image.
