What will you do:

As a Marketing Supervisor specializing in Branding, you will support the execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating branding activities, supervising campaign execution, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Execution & Coordination:
  • Execute online and offline branding activities based on approved brand strategies.
  • Support brand positioning efforts through market observation, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials, website, social media, events, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate brand campaigns to support brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
Campaign Implementation:
  • Coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns according to agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams, vendors, and agencies to implement brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Monitor campaign progress and prepare performance reports.
Team Supervision & Collaboration:
  • Supervise daily activities of marketing staff and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, communications) to support brand-related initiatives.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to junior marketing team members.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Support:
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content updates, and basic SEO/SEM activities.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and report insights for campaign optimization.
Brand Identity & Communication:
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines documentation.
  • Review marketing assets to ensure alignment with brand tone and visual standards.
Budget Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Assist in monitoring marketing budget usage for branding activities.
  • Track campaign expenses and report variances to the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing from SaaS company.
  • Experience in executing branding campaigns (online and offline).
  • Prior experience supervising projects or small teams is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Good understanding of branding fundamentals and marketing execution.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
