Job summary

IKEA Indonesia invites an enthusiastic Marketing intern to join our Jakarta-based program. You will support the planning and execution of IKEA for Business campaigns, coordinate content across channels, and help create customer-focused materials.

You will learn to work with internal teams and external partners, assist events, and perform basic market research, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy and communications.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Interested in marketing, branding, content and customer communication.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable turning ideas into simple, engaging communication.
• Organised and able to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe tools are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Able to communicate well in Thai and English.
• Curious about customers and market trends, collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of IKEA for Business marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate content across website, email, social media and offline communication.
• Create and adapt customer-facing materials, including presentations, brochures, EDMs and promotional content.
• Support communication for IKEA for Business privileges, services, customer offers and digital onboarding.
• Support B2B events, exhibitions, customer activations and partnership activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activities on time.
• Support developer and strategic customer partnership communication and activation.
• Conduct basic customer, market and competitor research and track activity results and learnings.
