Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in leasing or financing industry.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Desc

Obtain leasing transactions in accordance with company standards by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers or dealers through phone calls and regular visits.

Prepare leasing proposals and conduct necessary follow‑ups with customers.

Collect and review customer KYC documents to ensure completeness and validity.

Create customer rating, input data into the LAMP system, and prepare application reports to be circulated as supporting information for Management’s approval decision on leasing facilities.

Recheck contract documents and Purchase Orders created by Marketing Support to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions, and deliver them to customers.

Prepare the disbursement process by requesting all required documents from customers and dealers.

Collect initial payments from customers (administration fees and others) by coordinating with Finance, and ensure payment is received before disbursement.

Monitor customer installment and rental payments to ensure they are made on time, and provide reminders when necessary.

Follow up, negotiate, and collect overdue payments or coordinate repossession of leased units with support from superiors, collection team, and Management.

Monitor and control contracts approaching maturity.

Prepare weekly customer prospect reports to support target achievement.

Improve product knowledge and understanding of all company products including Finance Lease (FL), Operating Lease (OPL), and PWIP.
