A leading export firm in Jakarta, Indonesia, is looking for a skilled Export Marketing Manager to drive international sales and develop export strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Export Marketing or International Sales, including 2 years in a managerial role. Key responsibilities include developing new overseas markets, managing pricing strategies, and leading the marketing team. Strong leadership skills and fluency in English are required, along with a willingness to travel abroad.
Develop short-term and long-term export strategies to increase international sales.
Identify and develop new overseas markets and manage key global accounts.
Set and oversee pricing strategies and profit margins for export markets.
Lead and manage the export marketing team to achieve sales targets.
Conduct global market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend evaluations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international distributors, principals, and buyers.
Oversee export operations including negotiation, contract management, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with PPIC, production, QC, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth export execution.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation procedures.
Handle strategic issues such as quality claims, shipment delays, and customer complaints.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, International Business, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Export Marketing / International Sales, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Manager role.
Preferably from the automotive, fastener, manufacturing, or engineering-related industry.
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage
Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, and strategic planning skills.
Having a network of international buyers is a strong advantage.
Willing to travel abroad as required.
