A leading elevator company located in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, along with proficiency in handling paid campaigns. You will collaborate with the Sales team to nurture leads and provide actionable insights through campaign performance analysis. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
Proven experience in managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Proficient in using content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms).
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and consistency in branding.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and conversion tracking within a digital marketing environment.
Experience in creating and optimizing lead forms, landing pages, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies will be considered an advantage.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales leads.
Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Run and optimize paid ads through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to achieve target reach and conversions.
Generate and manage leads — from capturing, qualifying, and nurturing to tracking conversions.
Create and improve lead forms, landing pages, and campaigns focused on conversion results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of potential leads.
Maintain brand consistency in all marketing materials and online communications.
Provide regular reports and insights to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with digital trends and apply best practices to improve overall marketing performance.
