A dynamic marketing firm in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join their licensing business. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand partnerships, and analyzing market trends. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in the brand licensing industry. This position plays a key role in developing marketing campaigns, managing licensed IP activations, and building partnerships that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance.
The ideal candidate is passionate about brands, pop culture, and marketing, with strong communication and project management skills.
Brand & Licensing Management
Support the development and execution of marketing plans for licensed brands across multiple categories (e.g., retail, digital, events, collaborations).
Coordinate with licensors, partners, and internal teams to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of licensed programs and campaigns.
Marketing Campaign Development
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement (both online and offline).
Develop creative briefs, coordinate asset production, and manage timelines for marketing materials.
Collaborate with design, digital, and sales teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
Partner & Client Relations
Liaise with retailers, brand partners, and media agencies for joint marketing programs and promotions.
Assist in proposal development, presentation materials, and follow-up communications.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with partners to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
Market & Trend Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities within the entertainment, animation, and licensing sectors.
Provide strategic input and recommendations based on analysis and data.
Event & Activation Support
Assist in planning and organizing events, pop-ups, and promotional activities for licensed IPs.
Ensure on-ground execution meets brand standards and delivers strong consumer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or licensing-related industries (agency, entertainment, FMCG, media, or retail experience preferred).
Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for pop culture, animation, and brand collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing and social media tools.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
