Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.
  • Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports.
  • Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences.
  • Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
  • Assist Marketing Communication and PR and collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Experience in a business hotel location will be an added advantage.
