We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Novelship. In this role, you will help the Integrated Novelship Marketing team in executing creative marketing campaigns and promotions. You will be an integral part of furthering the Novelship brand as a leader in the global sneaker space. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the content team in Marketing to assist in developing, planning, and implementing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels and support the delivery of engaging content to drive stronger brand awareness.
  • Assist in managing the overall global marketing calendar ensuring alignment within the team on the marketing initiatives across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Assist in the project coordination by organizing meetings, creating presentations, gathering marketing insight and generating reports to be shared across the team.
  • Assist in coordinating, verifying, and organizing localized content.
  • Work with Creative to get all necessary photo assets to hit publishing deadlines.
  • Work with art, video, blog, and email teams to create a cohesive narrative around sneakers from all owned platforms, including social media.
  • Collaborate with the social media and customer service team to minimize negative sentiment across platforms.
  • Creation of marketing content for affiliates.
  • Creation and coordination of Email communication/reach out if appropriate/needed.
  • Help in new market research (identifying new targets).
Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing or related field.
  • Fluency, native preferred in at least Business level in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • E-Commerce and brand related marketing is a huge plus.
  • Fluency, native in at least Business level in Mandarin with strong written and verbal communications skills is a plus.
  • Experience in professional translations with Mandarin and English a plus.
  • Proactive nature, and a strong problem solver to address roadblocks.
  • Creative thinker, challenges the status quo, and craves innovation.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and pivot in an incredibly fast-moving and global environment.
