Job Description
  • Develop the core concepts, methodology, and measurement parameters for the company’s Customer Service Index.
  • Oversee the research platforms and manage the integration of the corporate client database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Create and manage high‑intent SEM campaigns based on industrial keywords and targeted LinkedIn B2B campaigns.
  • Design and manage the end‑to‑end marketing infrastructure (both digital and physical) required for global brand activation.
  • Continuously monitor Google Rankings for strategic keywords and oversee overall website traffic performance via Google Analytics.
  • Produce monthly progress reports on Google activity and ad spend efficiency.
  • Conduct deep‑dive monitoring of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and global trends within the cigarette paper industry.
  • Provide data‑backed insights to the management team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Review emerging marketing technologies (MarTech) to keep the company competitive and strictly monitor the annual budget for all research and advertising activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
  • Must be fluent in English (Active) and Indonesian.
  • Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Management, and Customer Survey tools.
  • Ready to join by January 2026.
  • Willing to relocate to Karawang.
