🌟 We're Hiring: Marketing Director! 🌟

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, team leadership, and a proven track record of developing successful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

📍 Location: Fully remote (open for Indonesian and SEA candidates)
⏰ Work Mode: Work from anywhere (fully remote)
💼 Role: Marketing Director

Responsibility:
  • Own and lead all marketing efforts from strategy to execution; you will be fully responsible for the game's marketing success or failure.
  • Drive downloads by designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition.
  • Research and analyze our audience to build accurate player personas and understand user behavior across platforms.
  • Improve brand visibility and make the company a recognized name across social media, content platforms, and gaming communities.
  • Oversee content strategy for social media posts, video ads, influencer campaigns, and all external-facing media.
  • Lead creative direction for video ads: decide what content goes into ads, what changes are needed, and what visual/audio hooks will perform best.
  • Analyze CPI, CTR, and other ad analytics, create reports, and suggest actionable improvements based on the data.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and allocate resources toward high-performing campaigns and platforms.
  • Increase community engagement by improving post reach, shares, reactions, and comment volume across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Discord and etc.
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights, competitor research, and platform trends.
  • Supervise and coordinate creative production. Manage artists, video editors, and other marketing contributors to ensure their output aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Set clear deadlines, assign tasks, and decide when and where content should be published. Take full responsibility for the planning, scheduling, and execution of all ad-related creative materials from concept to final post ensuring all deliverables are on time and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Drive game improvement based on ad performance. Provide detailed reports on which video ads perform best and use these insights to suggest game adjustments that align with what works in marketing.
