About The Role:
- Own the analytical function of the Marketing team by designing tracking strategies, building measurement frameworks, and providing clear insights into campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct research and in-depth analysis of customers, marketing metrics, competitor landscape, and latest marketing trends to identify opportunities and fill product or funnel gaps.
- Develop actionable insights to improve user acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and overall marketing funnel efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing Managers to evaluate campaign effectiveness (e.g., channel attribution, CAC vs LTV, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation design, ensuring campaigns are measurable and results statistically sound.
- Scope and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Business teams to ensure proper event tracking, data accuracy, and smooth implementation of new campaigns or features.
- Act as the voice of data within the Marketing team, proactively surfacing insights that guide strategy, budget allocation, and growth opportunities.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably supporting Marketing or Growth teams.
- Strong SQL skills (must-have), with ability to query large datasets efficiently.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics & attribution tools.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign performance metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, etc.).
- Knowledge of UTM structures, campaign tagging, and tracking best practices.
- Experience building dashboards with data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (paid ads, SEO, referral, organic growth, CRM campaigns).
- Comfortable working with data from multiple sources (product events, marketing platforms, CRM) and reconciling them for accurate reporting.
