Marketing & Growth Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator who can manage and scale the marketing across all our brands and products – from the agency itself to the new software products we’re launching.

Your Mission

You’ll take full ownership of marketing execution across multiple brands. That includes strategy, content creation, and performance tracking. Your job is to make our products visible, credible, and desirable – turning creative ideas into measurable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the overall marketing calendar across all brands (agency + products)
  • Develop and publish weekly content on LinkedIn, websites, and newsletters
  • Work with designers and video editors to create content assets (case studies, short videos, visuals)
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, sign‑ups)
  • Coordinate launches of new digital products with clear GTM strategy
  • Collaborate with the founder to test positioning, offers, and messaging for new ideas
  • Ensure all brands communicate consistently and professionally
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in marketing or growth roles (preferably in SaaS, software, or agency context)
  • Proven track record managing content and campaigns across multiple brands or projects
  • Strong understanding of digital channels: LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, SEO
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaigns
  • Fluent in English (German a plus)
