A luxury boutique resort recruiter is seeking a high-caliber individual to join a prestigious resort in Indonesia. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in a 5* leisure resort, exceptional PR and marketing skills, and excellent English proficiency. This role involves direct reporting to the Expat Director of Sales & Marketing and requires a dynamic personality to enhance the company’s public image.

Job description

Our client is a small very high end 5* Boutique Resort in Indonesia with less than 50 Villas.

This role will be reporting directly to Expat Director of Sales & Marketing.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• 5* and leisure resort experience


• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a current #2 would be considered


• Strong in Relations, PR, Marcom, Marketing, Promotions


• Strong in budgeting, advertising & publicity strategy, product understanding


• Excellent attitude as the company’s ambassador and able to represent the company in building a positive image to the public


• Wide network of contacts with most of the media to work with


• Excellent skill of English both spoken and written


• Able to work efficiently under pressure and fast response


• Computer literate


• Excellent communication skills


• Excellent writing skills


• Warm personality and positive attitude


• Able to work independently


• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, result-oriented and motivated
