A chic fashion brand in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage marketing processes and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication, with 3-5 years' experience in fashion retail or lifestyle industries. This role includes developing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility through creative storytelling and strong relationships.
Manage end-to-end marketing communication processes, including planning, execution and reporting.
Develop the annual and seasonal marketing communication plan aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
Define key messages, campaign themes, and tone of voice to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing communication campaigns (digital, social media, PR, and offline).
Ensure every campaign delivers strong creative direction, clear messaging, and measurable impact.
Manage the campaign timeline, budget, and resources to meet targets effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, KOLs, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Identify, source, and evaluate KOLs/influencers whose audience aligns with the brand’s target market, and manage the end-to-end collaboration process — from negotiation, briefing, to performance evaluation.
Develop and manage press releases, media kits, and brand statements to support campaigns and product launches.
Prepare and handle all communication materials and documentation related to brand inquiries from external parties.
Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities that can elevate the brand’s positioning.
Oversee both online and offline brand activations to ensure strong audience engagement and campaign synergy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing communication or brand management, preferably in FASHION RETAIL, or lifestyle industry.
Proven experience leading campaigns and managing teams.
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, digital marketing, and public relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
