Marketing Communication Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Develop integrated marketing communication plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Identify key messages, target audiences, and appropriate communication channels.
  • Align internal and external communication initiatives with brand positioning.
Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage brand guidelines and educate internal stakeholders on brand usage.
Campaign Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and digital teams to ensure message consistency.
  • Oversee development of marketing materials: brochures, banners, catalogs, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Oversee digital communication channels, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team or agencies to run campaigns and monitor performance.
Public Relations & Events
  • Manage media relations, write press releases, and coordinate interviews or media briefings.
  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and internal communications programs.
  • Manage marcom budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors: creative agencies, printing companies, PR firms, etc.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and communication effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in related fields.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, brand positioning, and media relations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
