Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing Communication or relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing Communication (3 years at managerial level).
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Monitor impact of Marketing Communication activities on revenue increase and manage marketing budget effectiveness.
• Plan and monitor visual communication design processes and develop bilingual digital media strategies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of media placement and publication activities based on target exposure, engagement, and business impact.
• Establish strategic priorities, performance targets, and departmental work program direction aligned with annual work plans.
• Direct preparation of strategic proposals and presentations to media and clients.
• Coordinate with other departments for promotional activities and provide input for future activity planning.
• Review digital media and continuously adjust user interface and mobile-friendly aspects to global standards.
• Allocate work within the team and provide support in decision-making and task execution.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports for performance review and annual planning.
