Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. Prepare regular reports on user insights, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement. Collect and analyze user feedback proactively (different from CS, which handles complaints reactively).Summarize findings and share insights with relevant departments to improve product and user experience.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in market research, user insight, or social media/branding role (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome).
  • Experience in fashion or beauty industry
  • Able to communicate in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable approaching users directly for feedback.
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and KOL collaboration processes.
  • Good analytical thinking and report-writing skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
