LILLIPODS Preschool is seeking a Marketing Associate to drive our brand, grow the community, and support school enrollment across digital campaigns, events, partnerships, and parent engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute ideas that align with our values and goals.

As a Marketing Associate, you will oversee multi-channel strategies, editorial planning, and budget management while reporting performance for future improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing strategy development and offline production management.
• Solid understanding of the education sector.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the teaching team to identify challenges to solve and potentials to groom.
• Develop an integrated marketing strategy including multi-channel communication plan, parent engagement programmes, and brand activation/campaign that align with LILLIPODS Preschool's business goal, values, and guidelines
• Create editorial planning and manage all digital communication channels, including website, Instagram, and e-newsletter
• Manage overall marketing/campaign budget to create effective marketing efforts
• Provide ongoing analysis and performance reporting for future learning and implementation
• Liaise as PIC with third-party vendors, communities, industry professionals, and media friends
• Create, maintain, and supervise program partnership initiatives to reach marketing objectives
• Monitor and report feedback from the LILLIPODS Community
• Organise and participate in events (education/parenting) to grow community base
• Manage marketing team workloads by setting up priorities of tasks
