• Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads daily.
• Prepare and send monthly WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Coordinate monthly promos with the team.
• Draft and update menus.
• Monitor and manage social media interactions.
• Gather daily content and organize it for future use.
• Respond to reviews on various platforms.
• Assist in customer service via Qontak.
• Submit weekly performance reports.
• Help set performance targets for the team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & optimize Google Ads + Meta Ads daily (previous experience is a plus).
• Prepare & send monthly WhatsApp broadcast (keep customer lists updated).
• Coordinate monthly promos with Manager/Bartender/Chef for bar & resto.
• Draft and update menus (spelling, pricing, formatting).
• Monitor social media daily, repost stories, reply to comments/DMs fast.
• Take photos/videos using our camera and gather daily content from FOH/BOH.
• Organize all content properly for future use.
• Reply to all Google, GrabFood, GoFood reviews quickly.
• Assist replying on Qontak for fast and professional customer service.
• Submit 1 weekly report: ads performance, social media, promos, Grab/Gojek data, reviews, Qontak summary, and next week’s plan.
• Help set up and follow weekly and monthly performance targets for the team.
