Job description

We are seeking a talented Marketing (Casual Leasing and Leasing) to join our dynamic team at Central Park Mall in West Jakarta. As a full-time Marketing role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our commercial properties area and drive customer engagement.

Company Overview

Central Park Mall, inaugurated on September 9, 2009, spans 125,626 sqm of leasable area within the integrated Mega Projects Podomoro City. The mall hosts anchor tenants such as Sogo, Carrefour, Blitzmegaplex, and Gramedia Book Store, and has received multiple international awards for retail development and design.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our commercial properties area and services.
• Securing exhibitors for exhibition areas that attract Central Park Mall's target audience and drive foot traffic (Casual Leasing).
• Monitoring loading and unloading of exhibition materials to ensure compliance with agreements (Casual Leasing).
• Conducting tenant prospecting and negotiating leasing terms in accordance with Central Park Mall's standards (Leasing).
• Optimizing recurring income through existing tenants and ensuring compliance with mall standards (Leasing).
• Providing data for the preparation of unit and casual leasing documents, as well as leasing reports.
• Fostering strong relationships with local businesses and industry partners.
• Performing competitor market analysis and benchmarking.
• Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Staying up‑to‑date with the latest marketing trends and best practices within the mall industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or property management.
• Strong network of brand sponsorships, exhibitors, bazaar organizers, vendors, entertainers, and media (Casual Leasing).
• Knowledge of shopping center management or retail industry and negotiation skills (Leasing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
