Job summary

A dynamic technology firm in Jakarta Timur is seeking an experienced growth marketer to own the growth strategy for various SaaS products. You will be responsible for taking products from launch to revenue, negotiating messages, channels, and metrics efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess over three years of relevant experience and a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing. This position offers a fast-paced environment with rapid implementation of growth ideas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably B2B/SaaS.
  • Experience taking a product from zero to revenue.
  • Strong command of copywriting and funnel thinking.

You will own the growth engine for multiple SaaS ventures, one at a time, and help us go from zero to 10 paying customers per product before scaling further.

Our current launches include:

Vulnersight.com – Vulnerability tracking SaaS for cybersecurity compliance

Absenly.com – Smart attendance, leave, payroll automation in one system

Strukly.co – POS & loyalty system for F&B and Retail

And more in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

Take each SaaS from launch to 10 paying customers

Test, iterate, and scale what’s working fast

Collaborate with each product PIC to tailor strategy and messaging

Own all things growth: messaging, channels, funnels, metrics

What You’ll Own
  • Go-to-market strategy for each SaaS product
  • Messaging, positioning, and content direction
  • Channel selection and experimentation (SEO, email, paid, social, cold outreach)
  • Landing page and conversion funnel performance
  • Performance metrics: CPL, CAC, MQLs, trials, conversions
  • Building SOPs for repeatable growth playbooks
  • Coordinating with product leads and junior executors (writers, designers, ops)
Who We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in growth marketing or product marketing (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • Experience taking a product from zero to revenue
  • Strong command of copywriting, funnel thinking, and customer psychology
  • Able to operate independently, hands-on, and fast-paced
  • Bonus: Experience in multiple product categories or startups
  • Bonus: Worked with early-stage founders or venture studios
  • Bonus: Able to structure systems and delegate to junior marketers
