Job Description
- Manage and optimize marketplace accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and others to increase visibility and sales.
- Organize, update, and maintain thousands of product catalogs (descriptions, photos, variations, stock, prices) to keep them up-to-date, attractive, and accurate.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and needs via marketplace chat quickly and courteously to maintain customer satisfaction and store ratings.
- Monitor market prices, product trends, and competitor strategies to ensure products remain competitive and relevant.
- Analyze sales performance per product, store traffic, conversion rates, best sellers, and slow‑moving products to support decisions on restocking and product removal.
- Develop, organize, and execute campaigns, flash sales, bundling, discounts, and vouchers according to marketplace schedules (HARBOLNAS, 11.11, 12.12, Payday, etc.).
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare attractive promotional materials (banners, feeds, product photos, videos) aligned with trends and marketplace requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure stock availability and smooth shipping processes.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and provide recommendations for sales improvement strategies to relevant teams.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a marketplace admin or similar role in e‑commerce.
- Proficient in marketplace backend operations: bulk product uploads, voucher setup, campaign configuration, order and return handling, etc.
- Understands features and algorithms of popular marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
- Able to use Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for basic data processing (AVERAGE, SUM, data filtering, basic pivot tables preferred).
- Experienced in preparing performance reports and simple insights to support store strategy decisions.
- Detail‑oriented, able to minimize errors in data entry and transaction processes.
- Highly initiative, proactive in seeking sales improvement opportunities.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, especially during major campaigns.
- Communicative and able to collaborate with various teams (design, warehouse, marketing).
- Creative and up‑to‑date with digital trends, content, and promotional strategies on marketplaces
