Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking an IT Technician to ensure the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of hotel IT systems on our vessels. You will handle infrastructure, software and hardware maintenance, and cooperate with the IT Officer or IT Administrator on daily operational issues.

You will inspect, maintain, and repair IT server and client systems, manage network components including LAN/WLAN and VoIP infrastructure, and support public devices and other IT equipment on board.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain hotel IT systems, including infrastructure, software and hardware.
• Collaborate with IT Officer/IT Administrator on daily operations and issues.
• Inspect, maintain, administer, and repair IT server and client systems.
• Manage network components (LAN, WLAN) and VoIP/smartphone infrastructure.
• Support public devices and other IT-related equipment on vessels.
