Job summary

Kalbe Farma is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to schedules and standards. You will monitor performance, prepare KPI reports, and drive improvements for productivity and cost efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. This position is based at our Jakarta facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Ensure production targets are met and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Mengawasi aktivitas produksi harian, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar.
• Memastikan target produksi tercapai dan menangani masalah yang muncul.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan kinerja, menyoroti indikator kinerja utama (KPI).
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan regulasi.
• Memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada staf produksi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kinerja.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk memastikan peralatan dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik.
• Mengkidentifikasi dan menerapkan perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya.
