Job summary

PT EXEDY Manufacturing Indonesia in West Java seeks an experienced Staff Teknik to design technical drawings and optimize production. You will read and create drawings, program CNC milling and lathe, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires knowledge of machinery, welding, and AutoCAD 2D/3D, with English and possibly Japanese language skills. Reading technical documents and improving processes are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufactur industry.
• Capable of problem analysis (Problem Line).
• Able to speak and write in English / Japanese (advantageous).
• Able to read and create technical drawings.
• Knowledgeable in machinery, capable of programming and operating CNC machines (Milling & Lathe).
• Skilled in mechanical design and technical drawing using AUTOCAD 2D & 3D.
• Can do Welding process electric and gas welding, fabrication, and bench work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Analyze and resolve production issues to improve efficiency.
• Operate and program CNC machines (Milling & Lathe).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth production processes.
• Test and validate new products before mass production.
• Oversees equipment maintenance, implements preventive programs, and manages the daily operations of a workshop to ensure machinery performs reliably and cost-effectively.
• Monitor production data and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on engineering technologies and industry standards.
• Support innovation and process changes for continuous improvement.
