Mandarin Translator – support our team in bridging communication between departments and Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders. The role will provide translation and interpretation support across HR, GA, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering and Production functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate oral and written communication between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
• Prepare, translate, and manage technical documents, work instructions, reports, emails, and other materials.
• Assist supervisors and managers in meetings, training sessions, and daily operations by providing interpretation support.
• Support meetings, negotiations, and correspondence with Mandarin‑speaking partners.
• Contribute to administrative and operational activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 5 or equivalent); translation certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Adaptability and willingness to learn various functions (HR, GA, Purchasing, IE, etc.).
• Willingness to relocate to Jepara, Central Java or Bandung.
• Immediate availability preferred.
