About the Role

PT Joyfull Technology Indonesia is looking for an experienced and highly reliable Mandarin Translator / Interpreter to support business operations, project activities, and cross‑cultural communication. You will work closely with senior management, accompany business visits, and support documentation, coordination, and interpretation needs, both in‑office and on‑site.

This role requires excellent Mandarin fluency, strong business communication skills, and professional maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real‑time Mandarin ↔ Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation for meetings, negotiations, customer visits, and daily communication.

Translate business documents, emails, reports, and meeting minutes.

Assist the business team in following orders, converting leads, and helping achieve sales objectives.

Participate in business trips, customer meetings, and external visits with management.

Visit project / construction sites when required to monitor project progress and support communication between teams.

Support logistics arrangements, travel schedules, and business reception.

Assist internal HR and administrative duties when needed.

Prepare and deliver meeting summaries and progress reports.

Requirements

Age 23–38 years old; open to both male and female candidates (1 person each).

Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening — confident, clear, and fast interpretation.

Reading and writing Mandarin ability is an advantage.

Male candidates must be able to drive (SIM A preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years experience as a translator/interpreter (not open to fresh graduates).

Experience working with Chinese executives or Chinese companies.

Willing to travel for business when required.

Strong responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to work on‑site in Tangerang.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in project, construction, engineering, equipment, or industrial sectors.

Understanding of cross‑cultural communication and business etiquette.
