Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent is a plus).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to do frequent business trips across Sumatera.
• Strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Department in communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Support translation tasks in meetings and documents.
• Attend operational visits across Sumatera for project monitoring.
• Collect operational data and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Provide administrative support for timely task completion.
• Bridge communication gaps between head office and regional operations.
