PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced International Logistics Director to lead our Indonesia operations from Surabaya, coordinating cross-border freight, warehousing, and bonded logistics. The role combines commercial leadership with operational and financial oversight to expand our international logistics footprint.

The ideal candidate will have fluent English and Mandarin, strong negotiation and partnership development skills, and the ability to manage a sizeable logistics team

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in international logistics, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, bonded logistics, and cross-border freight.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, profitability management, and cost controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead Indonesia operations and drive the international logistics strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Manage customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Develop business plans, budgets, cost-control strategies and targets.
• Monitor regulatory changes, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
• Oversee ROI, project profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Build and develop the local logistics organization and teams.
• Coordinate with HQ and international teams for strategy execution.
