HUADIAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax professional for our Jakarta operations. The ideal candidate will manage invoices, tax filings, A/R, and cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring tax compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Coretax and Excel, and strong Indonesian tax knowledge. English/Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Proficient in Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Coretax System.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, tax rates, and tax reporting.
• Good command of English/ Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• AB Tax Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Issue customer invoices and tax invoices (e-Faktur) and coordinate delivery documentation to customers.
• Monitor customer payments and Accounts Receivable (A/R), including applying customer payments to the correct invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding customer invoices and ensure timely collection.
• Prepare vendor payment invoices and input payment transactions into the bank system for processing.
• Maintain and record petty cash transactions accurately.
• Record all financial transactions into the accounting system and ensure they are posted to the correct accounts.
• Prepare adjusting journal entries for monthly closing.
• Prepare tax worksheets and perform tax reconciliations prior to tax payment processing.
• Prepare e-Bupot 21, e-Bupot Unifikasi, Corporate Income Tax calculations, and SPT reporting through the Coretax System.
