About the role

Join PT. Adda Mitra Global as a Mandarin Key Account, a crucial role responsible for driving new business development and growth. In this full‑time position based in Jakarta, you will leverage your Mandarin language skills and business development expertise to forge strong relationships with key clients and identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll be doing
  • Actively prospect and build a pipeline of new business leads, leveraging your Mandarin language proficiency.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach, proposal development and negotiation.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and growth initiatives for the company.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record in new business development, sales or account management, preferably in the sales industry.
  • Excellent Mandarin language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and client‑facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
