Position Description:

  1. Mainly responsible for business liaison between finance and clients, managing business quotes and negotiation strategies; familiar with the quote strategies and logic of international clients;
  2. Participate in the business decision-making and related financial support work of overseas subsidiaries, and provide professional financial solutions;
  3. Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of accounting, financial reports, and statutory audit reports for overseas subsidiaries, supervising and guiding the standardization of accounting methods and accounting accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of the company's accounting;
  4. Manage the external compliance (tax risk) of overseas subsidiaries, responsible for the company's daily tax management and tax settlement. Responsibilities: Conduct tax planning, assess corporate tax risks, implement early warning and prevention measures, and maintain tax-enterprise relations.
  5. Responsible for the management of funds and assets of overseas subsidiaries, including client accounts receivable, financing relationships, and foreign exchange management; ensuring the security of funds and assets; and conducting regular or irregular spot checks of cashier funds.
  6. Responsible for the development of internal control systems for overseas subsidiaries, monitoring major economic activities that could cause financial losses to the company and promptly reporting any issues.
  7. Responsible for cost/expense management of overseas subsidiaries, participating in the design of cost control management systems and cost target planning.
  8. Participate in the streamlining and optimization of business processes for overseas subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting;
  2. At least five years of experience in corporate financial management, with international financial experience preferred;
  3. Basic knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax administration, auditing, and finance;
  4. Proficient in English and using Mandarin in daily communication;
  5. Quick and rigorous thinking, hardworking and conscientious, with a strong sense of professionalism and the ability to work independently.
