Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual administrator to support daily translation and communication between local teams and Mandarin-speaking colleagues in West Java.

You will assist managers with documentation, reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination, translating meetings, emails, SOPs, and business documents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with HSK Level 5 or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or experience in translation or admin is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java; able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support daily translation and communication between local and Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Assist managerial and operational teams with communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate conversations, meetings, emails, reports, SOPs, and documents accurately.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and documentation management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes.
• Provide back-up support to team members and assist with additional tasks.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and effective daily communication.
• Continuously learn about logistics operations and company systems to support career growth.
