Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking a Finance Account Receivable Supervisor fluent in English and Mandarin. The role involves assisting the Collection Manager, managing the Collection Team Leader, and overseeing collection agents. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong management experience is a plus. This position is located in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Able to speak Mandarin; having studied abroad background preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in banking/financial services or equivalent.
• Having plenty of management experience, preferable in financial industry management and collection management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Collection Manager in managing the collection site.
• Manage, assist, and guide the daily work of the Collection Team Leader.
• Follow up on the entire process of recruiting, interviewing, induction training, and performance training for Collection agents.
