  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO standards.
  • Lead certification processes for ISO 9001, FSSC, Halal, SNI, TKDN.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with production and teams to prepare Quality Procedures (QP) and Work Instructions (WI).
  • Monitor and report on QMS performance indicators.

Manager, QMS (Quality Management System)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager – QMS (Quality Management System) to lead and strengthen our Quality Division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our operations consistently meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency in line with ISO, FSSC, Halal, SNI, TKDN, and other relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO and other international standards.
  • Lead certification processes for ISO 9001, FSSC, Halal, SNI, TKDN, and additional product certifications.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits and performance reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to prepare and update Quality Procedures (QP), Work Instructions (WI), and related documentation.
  • Monitor and report on QMS performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to the Head of Quality.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to guide continuous system enhancement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in a Quality Division, with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong expertise in ISO, FSSC, Halal, SNI, TKDN standards, and related quality management frameworks.
