We’re hiring! We are looking for a Manager, Placement to join our Health Solutions team in Indonesia.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with all carriers and secure the most competitive terms for insurance placement.
  • Coordinate with participating carriers on all matters related to Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and quotations.
  • Review all proposals thoroughly, identify missing information or areas requiring clarification, and ensure accurate submission of quotations.
  • Provide all required data, including but not limited to member listings, claims history, updated three-year claims data, and loss ratio summaries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating insurers regarding any RFP-related inquiries.
  • Follow up on placement documents and resolve any outstanding items with carriers promptly.
  • Ensure all broking and placement activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Health Solutions Sales team and Health Solutions Business Propositions team to deliver seamless broking and placement support.
  • Compile and analyze carrier insights, data, and RFP scoring for all participating carriers.
  • Deliver accurate and relevant outputs to the Health Solutions Sales and Business Propositions teams within agreed timelines.
  • Stay informed on the latest products, features, and innovations offered by carriers.
  • Work in partnership with the Indonesia Health Solutions team and other stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Manage the placement team effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled promptly.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall profitability.
  • Maintain accurate communication and documentation for future reference and audit compliance.
  • Collaborate with other teams on joint opportunities where appropriate.
  • Participate in initiatives and projects aimed at driving process improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in placement, underwriting, or actuarial functions.
  • Possession of Level 5 certification or APAI is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and strategic partners.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and cross-border business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with Aon tools.
