Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the branch office;
  2. Assist the decision-making team in formulating the company's development strategy, and be responsible for short-term and long-term company decisions and strategies within its functional area, significantly impacting the achievement of the company's medium- and long-term goals;
  3. Develop the branch office's annual goals and track the progress of goal implementation;
  4. Be fully responsible for the branch office's market development;
  5. Review and follow up on the plans of various departments within the branch office;
  6. Be responsible for building the branch office's team, defining the job responsibilities and performance evaluations of relevant personnel, and effectively managing them;
  7. Be responsible for managing operational quality, effectively ensuring the quality of daily operations, and ultimately achieving customer satisfaction;
  8. Report the branch office's operational status and performance to the head office;
  9. Complete other tasks assigned by the head office.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above. 1. Minimum 5 years of work experience;
  2. Relevant product knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills, and etiquette training;
  3. Proficient in company product knowledge and possess basic knowledge of the construction industry;
