Job Description

• Lead and supervise all operational activities (export, import, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing)
• Manage relationships with shipping lines, airlines, trucking vendors, and related agencies.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and customer complaints quickly and appropriately.
• Carry out planning, supervision, and evaluation of shipment, fleet, and team operational.
• Coordinate across divisions (Sales, FAT, etc.) to ensure smooth distribution chain.

Qualifications

• Background education minimum S-1 All Major.
• Have experience min 5 years as Manager Operational in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority.
• Understand and master flow document and regulation process export & import, trucking, regulation BeaCukai.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent Ms. Office (familiar with Sysfreight is point plus).
• Accustomed with target, KPIs, and operational budget.
• Have certificate PPJK is preffered.
• Good leadership, problem solving.
• Good analytical, planning & reporting skill.
