About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Gaoshi Building Material Technology. As the MANAGER HRD MANDARIN, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This full‑time position is based in Tangerang Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's goals and values.
• Serving as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and insights to support the organisation's growth and success.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaged work culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
• Managing and leading a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure their continued development.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and implementing effective HR systems and processes.
• Utilising your Mandarin language skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with our diverse workforce.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Excellent understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and empowering HR professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
