A leading Indonesian transportation firm is seeking an HRGA Manager to manage all HRGA activities, oversee the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, along with strong multitasking and management skills. This position is based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
Manage all HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, discipline, and other operational HRGA tasks.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial hiring to the end of orientation.
Record and analyze employee attendance.
Handle all administrative processes for BPJS Health and BPJS Employment.
Prepare payroll reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
Create and maintain employee payroll records, including adding new employees and processing salary changes.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations, and other regulations.
Continuously update and improve the personnel database to ensure the accuracy of the information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment.
Hardworking, honest, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Understand government regulations, labor law, PPH 21, and labor relations.
Able to use English as a working language.
Disciplined, honest, professional, and committed to integrity.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Jakarta.
