Requirements

• Minimum 35 years old

• Proven experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and closing processes
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures and experience working with external auditors
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance; experience in preparing and reviewing tax filings is highly beneficial

Job Description

• Lead and oversee all financial reporting processes, accounting operations, and monthly/annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage internal and external audit procedures and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Oversee tax regulations compliance, including preparation and review of company tax filings
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management to support business decision‑making
• Develop and mentor the finance & accounting team to enhance team capabilities and performance
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure all deadlines are met with high‑quality standards
• Coordinate with external auditors and other relevant stakeholders
• Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
