Target: Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck through leasing

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Conduct direct on-the-road vehicle sales activities to national potential customers
  • Manage and maximize the customer database within the designated areas.
  • Perform canvassing, field visits, and follow-up on prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans for assigned regions.
  • Present products and negotiate with customers to achieve closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, monitor progress, and ensure monthly target achievement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with financing partners (Leasing), operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Provide sales reports and market updates to Director.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Marketing Management).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial vehicle/heavy equipment sales.
  • Proven possession of an active customer database.
  • Proven close target deals.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
