Target: Head Truck, Lorry, Mixer, Water Truck, Fuel Truck through leasing
Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Conduct direct on-the-road vehicle sales activities to national potential customers
- Manage and maximize the customer database within the designated areas.
- Perform canvassing, field visits, and follow-up on prospects to drive sales growth.
- Develop sales strategies and market penetration plans for assigned regions.
- Present products and negotiate with customers to achieve closing deals.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, monitor progress, and ensure monthly target achievement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
- Coordinate with financing partners (Leasing), operations, and aftersales teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Provide sales reports and market updates to Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or Marketing Management).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial vehicle/heavy equipment sales.
- Proven possession of an active customer database.
- Proven close target deals.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets for commercial vehicles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
