- Develop and implement company branding strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
- Contribution of 20% of total revenue must come from the marketing team.
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns to support the sales pipeline and acquire high-quality prospects.
- Manage all online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, digital advertising, landing pages, and content marketing.
- Plan and organize offline marketing & corporate events, such as exhibitions, seminars, customer gatherings, sponsorships, and activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Management) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and evaluate ROI for each campaign.
- Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, KOLs/influencers, and other external stakeholders.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and event management.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation software.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership mindset, creativity, and ability to balance strategy with execution.
- Willing to travel for events or business purposes when required.
