MANAGER ACCOUNTING FINANCE DAN MANAGER COMMERCIAL (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager who is proficient in Mandarin and capable of leading the financial operations of the company with accuracy, integrity, and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal controls while driving continuous improvements in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all Accounting & Finance functions.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Oversee internal and external audit processes.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation and financial regulations.

Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.

Coordinate with headquarters and external stakeholders using Mandarin.

Coach, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Accounting & Finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in Accounting & Finance.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and PSAK.

Proficient in accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Accurate, or similar).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
