Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead the company’s financial and accounting management. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s financial health, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate financing obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Possession of Brevet A & B certification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or similar.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with Indonesian tax laws (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Corporate Income Tax).
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  • General: Lead day-to-day financial operations and ensure proper financial documentation.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.

Finance:

  • Manage the company’s cash flow effectively.
  • Prepare and analyze budgeting and financial forecasts.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Manage petty cash and coordinate bank transactions.
  • Supervise monthly payroll processing.
  • Manage and monitor company loans, including recording loan transactions, tracking repayment schedules, interest payments, and liaising with financial institutions.

Accounting & Tax:

  • Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial closing reports.
  • Perform internal audits and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Calculate, report, and ensure timely payment of company taxes (VAT, Income Tax Article 21/23/25, Corporate Income Tax).
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.

Administrative:

  • Organize and archive financial and tax documents systematically.
  • Assist in external audits and inspections from government agencies.
  • Provide financial reports and data analysis for management decision-making.
