• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture.
• Knowledge in Production process and Polymer material preferred.
• Experience in Accounting and Project management is a plus.

Management Trainee – Planning & Productivity Management

Perform comprehensive data analysis to determine productivity and cost efficiency within all Impack Group plant operations.

Monitor all transactions related to projects, building maintenance, machinery, and spare parts.

Calculate product costs and assess return on investment for all new product development and planning initiatives.

Review and revise project CAD designs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in plastic manufacture.
• Preferably have knowledge in Production process, Polymer material, Accounting, and Project management.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to details, and good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with CAD is a plus.
