Job Description

• Manage Assets (financing channeled to debtors).
• Manage the collection team at the Branch.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties.
• Implement the Asset Management work plan as set by the central Asset Management division.
• Monitor daily and monthly target achievements, and identify issues affecting target attainment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Management professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the asset portfolio and managing the collection efforts within the assigned branch.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1). Degrees in Economics, Engineering, Management, Law, and Science/Mathematics (MIPA) are preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Ms. Excel (Intermediate Level).
• Communication: Possess excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to be placed in BFI Finance Branches throughout Indonesia.
• Commitment: Willing to undergo a 2-year Service Bond (Ikatan Dinas)
