Bridgestone Tire Indonesia invites graduates to join BE GREAT Batch 2, a fast-track trainee program designed to shape future leaders. You will rotate across core business units, work on live projects, and receive mentoring from senior leaders to accelerate your development.

Eligible candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.50, are fluent in English, and are open to assignments in Bekasi or Karawang. Fresh graduates or final-year students from 2024–2026 are welcome.
