Mayora Indah Tbk membuka program Management Trainee (MDP Batch 3 – 2026) untuk lulusan baru. Program tiga tahun ini menggabungkan pelatihan di kelas dengan pengalaman kerja, bertujuan mempersiapkan pemimpin eksekutif masa depan melalui enam bulan in-house training diikuti penugasan nasional.
